Pasir Ris Goes Green
Pasir Ris Swimming Complex opened on 18 July 2011, replacing the original pool that had served the neighbourhood since the 1990s. Designed by CPG Consultants, it was built with sustainability at its core and became Singapore's 1000th BCA Green Mark building, earning a GoldPLUS certification.
The complex features solar panels generating 170 kWp, a rainwater harvesting system for irrigation and pool top-ups, and recycled seats from the old National Stadium repurposed as decorative louvers on the building facade. These green features were recognised as a milestone in Singapore's push toward sustainable public infrastructure.
Sitting next to Pasir Ris Park and connected via the Park Connector Network, the complex is popular with families who combine a swim with a park visit. The two water slides and fun pool make it one of the more family-friendly public pools in the east.

50m Competition Pool
Eight-lane, 50-metre competition pool. Three lanes are shaded for sun protection. Open for lap swimming daily. Early morning access on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM.
Water Slides & Fun Pool
Two water slides (minimum height 1.2 metres), a fun pool and wading pool for younger children. The jacuzzi is popular with adults after a swim. One of the best family-friendly setups among public pools in the east.
